Glenn Olsen’s practice and dedication focuses on defense of Workers’ Compensation claims ranging from intermediate injuries to catastrophic/death cases; running the gamut from valley fever, to gunshots, to industrial burns and amputations, comprising litigation through trial and post-trial proceedings. He defends carriers, self-insured and employers in multiple industries. Experienced in all phases of Workers’ Compensation including subrogation, Serious & Willful, LC §132a and LC §4558 (“power press”) cases.
Glenn earned his B.A. from California Lutheran University and his Juris Doctor from University of West Los Angeles. He is a Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation Law, by the State Bar California.
An active member of the California Bar, Glenn is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District United States Tax Court.
Glenn was a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve and, worked as an intern on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. Glenn began his insurance career in the Workers’ Compensation claims department of Industrial Indemnity Insurance Company.
