Bill Armstrong will be speaking at an EPIC event providing important insights on managing workers' compensation costs, leave of absence, and return to work matters.

The talk will include a discussion on Guzman and Ogilvie and how these decisions impact workplace obligations with respect to injured workers. In addition, BIll will provide practical strategies on dealing with allegations arising under 132a and FEHA.
