BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Vinogradov is an associate attorney at Armstrong Callan & Shiu. Ms. Vinogradov represents insurers and employers from a broad spectrum of industries in Workers' Compensation matters.

Previously, Ms. Vinogradov worked at a civil litigation employment law firm. She has worked on employment and business litigation matters, including wage and hour, breach of contract, and other related matters. Ms. Vinogradov utilizes her experience from having managed several complex electronic discovery projects and applying those skills in working through the multitude of issues and nuances inherent in post SB 899 Workers' Compensation.

A graduate from U.C. Berkeley, Ms. Vinagadov earned her bachelor's degree in conflict resolution, and then returned to earn her J.D. at the U.C. Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). While at Berkeley Law, Ms. Vinogradov participated extensively in negotiation and appellate competitions, coaching her negotiation team towards a first place regional win, and her appellate team to reach national semifinals. She now draws on those same skills in working up client matters tactically with the aim of negotiating the best settlement for clients or posturing the cases as necessary for trial.
